Daksha is built on a simple conviction: hospitality is not memorised, it is practised. Our training rooms are set up like the places our students will work — a front desk, a restaurant floor, a cabin, a galley — so the first real shift is never the first time.
Every programme moves along the same arc: learn the standard, practise it until it is second nature, then carry it into a live service where a guest is waiting.

Live service sessions, mock cabins and training restaurants, where a mistake costs a retake rather than a guest — until the correct move is the automatic one.

Grooming, posture, spoken English and interview practice, worked on every week rather than crammed before a recruitment drive.

Documentation, medicals, visas and interview preparation are handled alongside the syllabus, so the move from classroom to contract is a short one.
